Paul started his career in local government, working for the London Boroughs of Southwark and Wandsworth, before a successful career in consultancy. He is also a senior councillor in Westminster and continues to advise clients on high-profile projects.

Gary oversees all aspects of Quatro’s work, including our digital consultation offer and growing international work. He has considerable experience supporting major developments in London, Oxford and the South East. Previously he has advised The Crown Estate on its communications for its rural portfolio for almost a decade.

Rob is an experienced communications and campaign strategist who specialises in renewable energy projects across the UK. He has acted as an adviser to senior politicians and some of the world’s largest infrastructure companies, including Statkraft, SSE and Siemens Gamesa.

Richard has extensive experience of delivering communications strategies for major development and renewable energy projects across England and Wales. Prior to working in consultancy, he was a campaign organiser for the Labour Party and continues to be active in local politics.

Khayer has over a decade of experience of frontline politics, having worked on Sadiq Khan’s Mayoral Campaign and serving as a Labour councillor in the London Borough of Redbridge. He leads on major development projects in London and the south east.

Pearce is an experienced public affairs advisor. He has delivered dozens of successful campaigns across the UK for clients including MHCLG, Taylor Wimpey and Google. Prior to entering the sector, Pearce worked in UK Parliament for several MPs and remains active in grassroots Conservative politics.

Jolene is an experienced Business Manager and previously worked with the Corporation of London before joining Quatro in its inaugural year in 2005. A qualified accountant, she is responsible for managing the company accounts and office admin.

Rebecca joined Quatro in July 2025 as an Account Executive and supports the team through political research and media monitoring. She holds a BA in English Literature from Durham University and has previous experience in the non-profit sector.
